Easy Cinnamon Roll Apple Cobbler

Warm cinnamon apples, buttery cinnamon roll bites, and a sweet vanilla icing drizzle come together in this incredibly easy fall dessert. It’s cozy, comforting, and perfect for everything from weeknight treats to holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (12.4 oz each) refrigerated cinnamon rolls (reserve the icing)
  • 2 cans (21 oz each) apple pie filling
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Spread the apple pie filling evenly into the prepared baking dish. Stir in the cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract.
  3. Cut each cinnamon roll into 4 bite-sized pieces and scatter them evenly over the apples.
  4. Brush the cinnamon roll pieces with the melted butter.
  5. Sprinkle with the chopped pecans, if using.
  6. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the cinnamon roll pieces are golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Microwave the reserved icing for about 10 seconds, then drizzle it over the warm cobbler.
