Garlic aioli is one of those little sauces that makes just about anything better. It’s creamy, garlicky and bright with a little lemon, and it only takes a few minutes to mix together.
I love keeping a batch in the fridge for sandwiches, burgers, roasted potatoes or dipping fries and veggies. Give it about 30 minutes to chill before serving so the garlic and lemon have time to really come through.
