Light Avocado Crema
- 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 tsp lime juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp salt (or to taste)
Blend until smooth and creamy. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Instructions
- Cook the ground turkey in a skillet over medium heat. Add taco seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and fully cooked, about 6–8 minutes.
- Divide chopped romaine lettuce among 4 bowls as the base.
- Evenly top with seasoned turkey, black beans, corn, pico de gallo, and salsa.
- Sprinkle with light Mexican cheese.
- Drizzle each bowl with avocado crema.
