Ingredients

For the Steak Bites

  • 1½ lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika

For the Potatoes

  • 1½ lbs baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp dried oregano

Garlic Butter Sauce

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

Pat steak cubes dry and season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add steak bites in a single layer and sear until browned and cooked to your preferred doneness. Remove steak from the skillet and set aside.

Add the potatoes to the same skillet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano. Toss well to coat.

Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are golden brown and fork tender.

Reduce heat to medium-low and add the butter to the skillet. Once melted, stir in the minced garlic and cook just until fragrant.

Add Worcestershire sauce and red pepper flakes, if using.

Return the steak bites to the skillet and toss everything together until coated in the garlic butter sauce.

Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
