Instructions
Add the feta, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, black pepper, and oregano to a food processor.
Blend for 2–3 minutes until the mixture is silky smooth and fluffy, scraping down the sides as needed.
Transfer the whipped feta to a shallow serving bowl and use the back of a spoon to create soft swirls on top.
Drizzle generously with hot honey and a little extra olive oil.
Sprinkle with crushed red pepper flakes and fresh thyme or parsley for a beautiful finish.
Serve immediately with your favorite crackers, toasted bread, or fresh vegetables, or chill for about 15 minutes if you prefer a firmer texture.
Texas Girl Cooks Tip
For the creamiest texture, let the feta and cream cheese sit at room temperature for about 20 minutes before blending. Finish with a generous drizzle of hot honey right before serving so it stays glossy and beautiful for guests.
Storage
Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Give it a quick stir before serving and add a fresh drizzle of hot honey to brighten the flavor.
