Makes 4 servings
Ingredients
- 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
- 1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 package (1 oz) sugar-free banana cream pudding mix
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
For Topping
- Light whipped topping
- Crushed vanilla wafers
- Banana slices
Instructions
Add cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, pudding mix, banana, vanilla, and honey to a blender.
Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
Divide evenly between 4 dessert cups or small mason jars.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to thicken.
Top with a dollop of whipped topping, a few banana slices, and a sprinkle of crushed vanilla wafers just before serving.
