Loaded Burger Bowls

Servings: 4–6

Ingredients

  • 1½ lbs lean ground beef
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp seasoned salt
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 4 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 2 cups roasted potatoes (or frozen fries, cooked and chopped)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup dill pickle slices, chopped
  • ½ cup diced red onion
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Burger Sauce

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped dill pickles or pickle relish
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease if needed.
  2. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Cook for 2–3 minutes longer.
  3. While the beef cooks, whisk together all burger sauce ingredients in a small bowl until smooth.
  4. Divide shredded lettuce among serving bowls. Top with roasted potatoes, seasoned beef, tomatoes, pickles, red onion, and cheddar cheese.
  5. Drizzle generously with burger sauce and serve immediately.
