Ingredients
- 1½ lbs lean ground beef
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp seasoned salt
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 4 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
- 2 cups roasted potatoes (or frozen fries, cooked and chopped)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup dill pickle slices, chopped
- ½ cup diced red onion
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Burger Sauce
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 2 tbsp finely chopped dill pickles or pickle relish
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp paprika
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease if needed.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Cook for 2–3 minutes longer.
- While the beef cooks, whisk together all burger sauce ingredients in a small bowl until smooth.
- Divide shredded lettuce among serving bowls. Top with roasted potatoes, seasoned beef, tomatoes, pickles, red onion, and cheddar cheese.
- Drizzle generously with burger sauce and serve immediately.
