Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz) tube refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 lb breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 8 large eggs
- ¼ cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 cups freshly shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- ½ cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cook the breakfast sausage until browned. Drain well.
- Press the crescent dough into the bottom of the prepared baking dish, pinching the seams together.
- Sprinkle the sausage evenly over the dough, then top with the cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the sausage and cheese.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
