Ingredients
- 2 cups strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 2 English cucumbers, sliced into half moons
- ½ cup crumbled feta
- ¼ cup chopped fresh mint
- ½ cup candied pecans or sliced almonds
Honey Lemon Dressing
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Pinch of sea salt
- Fresh cracked black pepper
Instructions
Whisk together all dressing ingredients.
Combine the strawberries, blueberries, cucumbers, feta, mint, and pecans in a serving bowl.
Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss.
Serve immediately or chill for 15–20 minutes.
