Makes: 24 bites
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Bake Time: 13–16 minutes

Ingredients

1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
8 oz brie cheese
1/2 cup fig preserves, plus more as needed
bettergoods Hot Honey, for drizzling
Fresh rosemary, optional, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a 24-cup mini muffin pan.
  2. Unfold the thawed puff pastry and gently roll it just enough to smooth the seams.
  3. Cut the puff pastry into 24 small squares. Gently press one square into each mini muffin cup.
  4. Cut the brie into 24 small pieces and place one piece in each pastry cup.
  5. Add a small spoonful of fig preserves over each piece of brie, adding a little more as needed.
  6. Bake for 13–16 minutes, or until the puff pastry is puffed and golden brown and the brie is melted. Begin checking around 12–13 minutes since ovens and mini muffin pans can vary.
  7. Let cool in the pan for about 5 minutes, then carefully remove.
  8. Finish each warm bite with a light drizzle of bettergoods Hot Honey. Sprinkle with a little fresh rosemary, if desired, and serve warm.

Quick Note

Keep the hot honey drizzle light so it complements the fig and brie without overpowering them. You can use bettergoods Hot Honey or your favorite brand.
