Brownie Batter Iced Latte

This Brownie Batter Iced Latte is rich, chocolatey and easy to make right at home. Blonde espresso, chocolate, brown sugar and vanilla give it that fudgy brownie batter flavor, while a creamy chocolate cold foam makes it feel like a coffee shop treat.

It’s perfect when you’re craving something a little more fun than your usual iced coffee. The tiny pinch of salt in the cold foam helps bring out the chocolate flavor, so don’t skip it!

Ingredients

For the Latte

  • 3 shots blonde espresso
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate or mocha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • Ice

For the Brownie Batter Cold Foam

  • 3 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla syrup
  • 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon chocolate or mocha sauce
  • Tiny pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Add the hot espresso, chocolate sauce, brown sugar and vanilla to a glass. Stir until the brown sugar dissolves and the mixture is smooth.
  2. Fill a 16-ounce glass with ice. Pour the espresso mixture over the ice, then add the milk.
  3. Add the heavy cream, milk, vanilla syrup, cocoa powder, chocolate sauce and salt to a milk frother or small jar. Froth until thick and creamy but still pourable.
  4. Pour the brownie batter cold foam over the iced latte and serve immediately.

Quick Note

For an extra fudgy chocolate flavor, add another teaspoon of chocolate sauce to the cold foam. You can also adjust the vanilla syrup or brown sugar to make the drink more or less sweet.
