Crispy golden edges, a soft buttery center, and the dreamiest vanilla cream cheese drizzle.

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Bake Time: 14–17 minutes
Total Time: 30 minutes
Serves: 8

Ingredients

Pizza

  • 1 (13.8-ounce) can refrigerated pizza dough (or about 1 pound fresh pizza dough)
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • ½ cup packed light brown sugar
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1½ tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon fine salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter, for brushing the crust after baking

Vanilla Cream Cheese Drizzle

  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2–3 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a pizza pan or large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the pizza dough and gently stretch it into an 11–12-inch circle, leaving the outer edge slightly thicker for a soft, puffy crust.
  3. Brush the entire surface of the dough with the 3 tablespoons melted butter.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the buttered dough.
  5. Bake for 14–17 minutes, or until the crust is deep golden, the center is fully baked, and the cinnamon sugar is melted and bubbling.
  6. Remove from the oven and immediately brush the outer crust with the remaining 1 tablespoon melted butter for a rich, bakery-style finish.
  7. While the pizza cools for about 5 minutes, prepare the drizzle. Beat together the cream cheese, softened butter, powdered sugar, vanilla, salt, and enough milk to create a smooth, pourable consistency.
  8. Generously drizzle the vanilla cream cheese icing over the warm pizza.
  9. Slice and serve warm.

Tips

  • Sprinkle a little coarse sparkling sugar over the pizza just before baking for a beautiful bakery-style sparkle.
  • Add chopped toasted pecans after baking for extra crunch.
  • Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an extra-special dessert.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Warm individual slices in the microwave for 10–15 seconds before serving.

Texas Girl Cooks Tip

For the best flavor and texture, let the pizza cool for about 5 minutes before adding the cream cheese drizzle. The icing will soften over the warm cinnamon sugar without completely melting, giving every bite the perfect creamy finish.
