Ingredients
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons pickled jalapeño juice
- 2–3 pickled jalapeños, finely minced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon ground cumin
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- Pinch of salt, to taste
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a bowl.
- Whisk until completely smooth.
- Taste and adjust with additional jalapeño juice if you’d like a little more tang.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving so the flavors can meld.
