Ingredients
- 2 (16.3 oz) cans refrigerated biscuit dough (Grands-style), cut into quarters
- 1 (14 oz) bag shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 20–25 slices pepperoni
- Optional toppings:
- Cooked Italian sausage
- Diced bell peppers
- Mushrooms
- Black olives
- Cooked bacon
- Red onion
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Quarter the biscuit dough and place it in a large bowl.
- Add the pizza sauce, half of the mozzarella, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and half of the pepperoni. Toss gently until everything is evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella over the top and arrange the remaining pepperoni (plus any additional toppings) evenly over the cheese.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the biscuits are cooked through and the cheese is melted and golden.
- Let rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
Optional: Sprinkle with fresh basil, parsley, or crushed red pepper before serving.
