Bubble Up Pizza Bake

Ingredients

  • 2 (16.3 oz) cans refrigerated biscuit dough (Grands-style), cut into quarters
  • 1 (14 oz) bag shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 20–25 slices pepperoni
  • Optional toppings:
    • Cooked Italian sausage
    • Diced bell peppers
    • Mushrooms
    • Black olives
    • Cooked bacon
    • Red onion

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Quarter the biscuit dough and place it in a large bowl.
  3. Add the pizza sauce, half of the mozzarella, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and half of the pepperoni. Toss gently until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella over the top and arrange the remaining pepperoni (plus any additional toppings) evenly over the cheese.
  6. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the biscuits are cooked through and the cheese is melted and golden.
  7. Let rest for about 5 minutes before serving.

Optional: Sprinkle with fresh basil, parsley, or crushed red pepper before serving.
