Chicken Parmesan Pasta

Serves: 4 | Ready in: 20 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 12 oz penne pasta
  • 1 jar marinara sauce
  • 1½ cups mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta and drain.
  2. Warm marinara with the chicken.
  3. Stir in cooked pasta.
  4. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan.
  5. Broil for 2–3 minutes until bubbly, or simply cover until the cheese melts.
