Ingredients
- 4 large baked potatoes
- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar
- Butter
- Sour cream
- Bacon bits
- Green onions
Instructions
- Bake or microwave potatoes until tender.
- Split open and fluff with butter.
- Fill with chicken and cheddar.
- Microwave 1–2 minutes to melt the cheese.
- Top with sour cream, bacon bits, and green onions.
