4th of July Fruit Salad

Prep Time: 20 minutes
Chill Time: 30 minutes
Servings: 8–10

Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 2 cups red grapes, halved
  • 2 cups pineapple, cut into bite-sized pieces (use a star-shaped cookie cutter for extra fun!)
  • 2 cups watermelon, cut into bite-sized pieces (use a star-shaped cookie cutter for extra fun!)
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • Fresh mint leaves, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

In a large serving bowl, gently combine the strawberries, blueberries, grapes, pineapple stars, and watermelon stars.

In a small bowl, whisk together the fresh lime juice and honey until smooth.

Drizzle the honey-lime dressing over the fruit and gently toss until everything is evenly coated.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.

Before serving, give the fruit salad one final gentle toss and garnish with fresh mint leaves, if desired.

Tip

Use small star-shaped cookie cutters to cut the watermelon and pineapple into festive stars for the perfect 4th of July presentation!
