Ingredients
Chocolate Cake Layer
- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 large egg whites
- ¼ cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Chocolate Cream Filling
- 1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- ⅓ cup light cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2–3 tbsp powdered sweetener
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Topping
- 2 tbsp chocolate sprinkles
- Optional: mini chocolate chips
Instructions
Prepare the cake batter using the cake mix, almond milk, egg whites, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract.
Bake according to package directions and allow the cake to cool completely.
Beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, sweetener, and vanilla extract. Mix until light and creamy.
Crumble the cooled cake into small pieces.
Layer cake crumbs into each dessert cup, followed by a layer of chocolate cream filling.
Continue layering until the cups are full.
Top with chocolate sprinkles and mini chocolate chips if desired.
Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
