Ingredients:

1 lb Jimmy Dean hot sausage (or regular is fine)

4 oz cream cheese, softened

2 c bisquick

4-6 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/4-1/2 c milk as needed 

Tabasco, optional 

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 375. Mix all ingredients together adding milk a little at a time until it reaches a sticky consistency. Add Tabasco as desired. Form into balls and place on a parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes or until sausage is cooked through.
