This easy Maple Pecan Iced Latte brings cozy coffee-shop flavor home with rich espresso, maple syrup, cinnamon and a creamy maple cold foam topped with toasted pecans. It feels very fall without being another pumpkin spice drink, and it only takes a few minutes to make.
Ingredients
- 2 shots espresso, cooled slightly
- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3/4 cup milk of choice
- Ice
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped toasted pecans
Maple Cold Foam
- 3 tablespoons heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 2 teaspoons pure maple syrup
- Pinch of cinnamon
Instructions
Fill a tall glass with ice. Stir the espresso, maple syrup and cinnamon together, then pour over the ice. Add the milk.
For the cold foam, froth the heavy cream, milk, maple syrup and cinnamon until thick and creamy but still pourable. Spoon or pour over the latte and finish with toasted pecans and a tiny drizzle of maple syrup.
