These Sweet Heat Pepper Jelly Pinwheels are an easy appetizer with just the right mix of creamy, sweet and spicy. Cream cheese, crisp red bell pepper, green onions and jalapeño pepper jelly are rolled up in soft flour tortillas for a simple bite-sized snack that looks just as good as it tastes.
They’re especially handy for holidays, parties and game days because you can prepare the rolls ahead of time and keep them chilled until you’re ready to slice and serve. Add a little extra pepper jelly on top for a pretty finishing touch and an extra pop of sweet heat.

- Unwrap the rolls, trim the ends and slice each into approximately 1-inch pinwheels.
- Arrange on a serving platter and top with a small spoonful of additional pepper jelly, if desired.
Good to Know
Chilling the rolled tortillas before slicing helps them hold their shape and gives you cleaner pinwheels. You can prepare the rolls several hours ahead and keep them refrigerated, then slice them just before serving.
