Ingredients
- 2 (5-ounce) cans tuna in water, drained
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- ¼ cup finely diced red onion
- ¼ cup finely diced celery
- 1 tbsp sweet pickle relish
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 4 whole wheat or regular pita pockets
- Lettuce leaves
- Sliced tomatoes

Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the tuna, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, red onion, celery, pickle relish, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Stir until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Cut each pita in half to create pockets.
