3-4 cloves garlic
1 small bunch cilantro
1/2-3/4 c chopped white onion
Juice of 1 lime
1- 10 oz can Rotel Mexican style with lime & cilantro (original Rotel will work also)
1- 14.5 oz can petite diced tomatoes drained
8-10 slices pickled jalapeños or 1 fresh chopped jalapeño
Garlic salt, cayenne & lemon pepper to taste
Place all ingredients into blender and blend until desired consistency. I usually use the chop option and then switch to the salsa option on my blender until it reaches a slightly chunky consistency, but you could also blend until it is well chopped and smooth. This salsa is so easy and the ingredients can be adjusted to your taste. Feel free to add more jalapeños for extra spice or add extra seasonings! It’s delicious on tacos, eggs, or just as a dip with chips! Enjoy!
