Ingredients:
1.5 lb lean ground beef
Seasoned salt
Black pepper
Garlic powder
1 small can green chiles
1 can rotel
1 package macaroni & cheese, cooked as directed on package
Optional:
Shredded cheddar cheese
Chopped green onions
Sour cream
Directions:
Brown ground beef in large pan over medium heat until cooked through. Season meat as desired. Drain excess grease. Add green chiles and rotel. Bring to a simmer over low medium heat. Add in cooked macaroni & cheese. Mix well and turn heat to low. Top with shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onions & sour cream if desired. I love to add Tabasco to mine! Serve with dinner rolls of choice. We love crescent rolls with this dish. Enjoy!
