Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef
1 large onion finely chopped
1 bell pepper finely chopped
1-2 tsp seasoned salt
1 tsp black pepper
1/2-1 c quick cooking oats
1 egg slightly beaten
8 ounces canned petite diced tomatoes with juice
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Topping:
2/3 c ketchup
4 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp mustard
Preparation:
Mix together meatloaf ingredients well, place in greased baking dish and shape into a loaf. Or divide into smaller loaves and place on greased sheet pan. Combine topping ingredients and spread evenly over the top. Bake at 375 for 1.5 hours or until meat is cooked thoroughly.
